What would have been Devanny Pinn's interview

When actress Devanny Pinn, who's a popular Scream Queen, told me to send her an e-mail with my interview questions and said that she was "behind with her interviews," I knew the chances of her replying to my questions were slim and this one would probably end up in the "Incomplete Interviews" file. However, I did some research, sent Miss Pinn my questions, and after some time passed, even offered to settle for a "One Question Interview" (example) if she was too busy to find the time to answer all. Still, no reply. So, as I figured from the start, here are the unanswered questions to Devanny Pinn and at left is where a photo of her would have been, had her interview panned out.

June 27th, 2015 Edit: See Devanny's response to her incomplete interview at the end.

CHRIS CHARLES: It's a special treat for me to be featuring a name as big as yours here, Devanny. About how many requests for interviews do you get per month?
DEVANNY PINN:

CHRIS: As of this date, you have several films in pre-production. One entitled Room and Board, particularly caught my attention. Can you give me a few details on your character in that one?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: When I first started hearing your name, I felt as if I'd heard of you years before, as if you were an old-school Scream Queen, in the same league as Brinke Stevens, Linnea Quigley, Debra Lamb, Debbie Rochon ....but I know you're a generation younger than those ladies. Were you inspired by any old school Scream Queens?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: You have a very unique first name. Is there an interesting backstory to it?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: Like many other actresses I've interviewed, your bio states that you started out in ballet and musical theater. Unlike most other actress I've interviewed, I've read you went to college on an opera scholarship. Where have you studied opera?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: Have you appeared in any operatic performances?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: Do you have the desire to return to the stage someday or is film your home now?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: In an interview you did last year with Bloodbath and Beyond, you said you were no longer involved with Kill the PA, and it's still in the pre-production stage. However, were all your scenes for that film completed?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: Jessica Cameron's Truth or Dare is an intense film and you ladies gave intense performances. What was it like working with her?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: Even though I suppose it wasn't necessary for your role in the film, did you read up on the Elizabeth Short case before you took the role in The Black Dahlia Haunting?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: How about on Susan Atkins, the role you played in House of Manson? Did you do much research on her?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: You do more than just act in the films you're involved in, You also actively promote them, help find distribution, and do quite a number of behind-the-camera tasks, don't you?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: I've heard you say you'd like to branch out to other film genres, as long as their on the "darker" side, but do you think you could even see yourself doing a comedy if the right project came along?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: Do you still have Sarah Michelle Gellar's monolog from Cruel Intentions memorized?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: You've probably modeled for more photographers you can count. What have been some of your favorites to work with?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: Do you have any hobbies or interests most people don't know about?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: With that, I thank you again for doing this Devanny. In closing, any upcoming events fans can see you at or shout-outs to anyone?
DEVANNY:

CHRIS: Oh, just one last question, if it meant getting the opportunity to punch Kim Kardashian the face after it was over, would you sit through A Christmas Carol 3D?

  1. As always, great questions Chris! These are getting to be a regular feature instead of a once-in-awhile thing now, huh?

    1. Thanks and I'm not intending for these to be a regular feature, Steve. I just go through my sent box and, when I see an e-mail that hasn't been replied to after a reasonable amount of time, I published the interview questions without the answers. With all the ladies who choose to do interviews through e-mail, there will be those few who don't reply and, even though the questions may go unanswered, there's no way they will go unseen. That's the policy here.

    1. Thanks, Anon. Not all of the "elite" non-responding ladies think so, but they should. After all, it was their no following through that made these Incomplete Interviews seemingly so amusing to others.

  3. Awesome half-interview!
